At Royal City CrossFit we belief in safely teaching functional fitness in a fun and all-inclusive atmosphere.  We mainly utilize free weights, bodyweight exercises, and cardio machines in our classes. Our facilities include fully barrier free washroom and shower.


We offer a wide variety of training options to suit your fitness style and needs.  From personal and group training in CrossFit, to Bootcamps and Olympic Lifting classes we have something to help you hit your goals whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete.
